Aspiring Author: About Me

Thank you for visiting my blog—or I’d like to call it—my outlet. An outlet to express myself through writing and artistry—to you, my audience. I’m appreciative of you visiting, and wanted to give you a little insight into who I am. I’ve been writing for as long as I can remember. I’ve written short stories—poetry—and, I’m in the process of completing a novel. Even so—I still consider myself an aspiring author. Partly, because I haven’t published my first short story yet. And most importantly—I am still learning how to perfect my writing skills. 

So, Why this Blog?

I believe that people deserve free entertaining content—I really do. I also believe that people deserve advice on character and plot development—lifestyle tips as a writer—and support. So, aside from using this blog as a tool to familiarize yourself with me—as an aspiring author—I will also be providing the aforementioned. You can expect writing advice—and free short stories and poems. And if my writing resonates with you—I will also have links of where to purchase my published short stories and novels.

I Want to Help And Connect with Other Aspiring Authors

I’d also like to connect with other writers. Writing and publishing is a journey of itself—and we need all of the support that we can get. I’d also like to mention—I’m a millennial woman with an utter need for artistic expression. So, I hope I can reach aspiring authors who either don’t know where to start—or need additional pointers while on their journey. I’m here to help.
